You can bathe him every other week. Be carefull with the ears, do not let water in his ear canal... to avoid ear infections. You may want to block the ear canal with cotton balls to be safer.
Nails can be done every week at this age , they tend to grow fast and sharp. It is better to keep them trimmed to keep the "quick " of the nails from getting too long, that is the vein that grows inside the nail.
