Both Sammy and Baron had 2 sets of incisions and sutures when they were neutered. Sammy's was because both testicles were in the scrotum. It was easier to remove 1 through the Scrotum and 1 along the penis on the outside. Baron had 1 removed through his Scrotum because he had a small tumor on the Testicle that had to be removed and the second testicle was removed through an incision on the outside of the Penis. Neutered 7 years apart and they both had the same 2 incisions!!! I hope that this has put to rest some of your fears!!! Hugs, Jodi,Sammy,Baron and Sophie Kennedy
