If at all possible, get a ear cleaning solution with a drying agent. I use Vet Solutions from Revivalanimal.com. After each bath I just insert the tip to the opening of the ear canal and squeeze. Try to hold the head in such a position to allow the solution to work and not seep out (about 15 seconds is good). Let go and the pup shake it's head....alol the wax will come to the surface and all you have to do is use a Q-Tip on the outside.
