If you have Paint (Program)on your computer -Go to start, Programs, Accessories, Paint: you can put them on there and make them smaller go to Image and then open box sketch/skew. Once that box opens up - see % boxes for horizontal and vertical. Make the % smaller (same for both hor. and vert.). I usually try 50% in the box first and see how that goes. If you do not like it or not to right size - you can go to edit and undo. Then start back over again with different % number. Whe you have it the way you want - Then hit okay and save. You will need to do this to each picture to reduce size.
