Their best guess is that he came in contact with some kind of toxin, although we may never know. His liver is shutting down...and at this point they are not sure it can repair itself. If he is not better by tomorrow morning, we may have to make some hard decisions.

was this an internal medicine specialist if not i would get to one NOW - the liver can definitely repair itself it is the most forgiving organ
