I am starting to think that Cooper doesn't like the concrete either. I've tried the treats and bouncing a tennis ball in front of him and he just refuses to move. He also doesn't like to walk on the wood chips in our backyard.
Well, we're off to the beach today so Cooper will be able to get some exercise in.
