Did you talk to your vet about this?
Is she drinking yet?
Our mom's do not leave the whelping box for the first 3 to 5 days when we are around and i give them water in the droper.... but after that they are fine.
I would call the vet and talk to him. They can give her fluids if you do not know how to do this, subcutaneous fluids i mean.
But they can also check her to make sure she is not SICK! that would be my main concern at this point... if she is not drinking at all ... an infection... or something else going on...
You had plenty of good advices, the chicken broth is a very efficient trick to make them drink. If you tried them all and it still did not work i would definetelly call the vet and mention.
