Two rows of teeth is very common when pups are teething. Most of the time they fall out on their own by the time the pup is 9 months old. Sometimes the baby canine teeth will stay longer and sometimes they do need to be pulled. Giving your pup something to chew on will help loosen the baby teeth and help them to fall out. I give my pups cow ears and a hooves to chew on.
