I guess all of us in NJ should be happy that it has been cool. Even though I miss swimming in the pool. I haven't turned on my AC yet. My summer AC bill without AC here in NJ was 250.00
this month. That includes ceiling fans, pool pump running 24 hours, dishwasher running 1 x daily, washer and dryer about 6 loads a week, TV on at night only, and using lights only at night. If I run my AC 24/7 I can't even fathom what it would be. Last year I ran it for 1 week straight only and it was 423.00
that month. My stepdaughter out in Indiana runs her AC 24/7 never shutting down in a 8 room house similar to mine and her bill in summer is 135.00 monthly. How is everyone elses around the country compare in summer.
