I think you might be jumping to conclusions and assuming that the treats gave your pets kidney problems. It could be something totally unrelated to that. Supposedly a high protein diet doesn't harm healthy kidneys. But I understand that there are many people who believe otherwise.
Is there anyway they could have gotten into some medicine, such as tylenol or similar?
Did you ask your vet what caused the kidney problems?? I would ask him and get his opinon and then ask what the treatment plan is. |
