Oh my, I know those days as well. When I have those "I want to scream" days... I put the kids to bed early and enjoy a nice glass or two of wine. Pay no attention to ignorant people. Half the time they don't have children (and for a good reason) or they have grown children and don't remember what it's like to raise them.
