Wags & Tails is the name of the kennel. The claim also to be be breeders of champion dogs. The initial new story ran on our local News 12 station. I know that many people saw it as I have had nearly everyone we know comment on it and have spoken to people at our vet and groomers. We were talking about Help me Howard just the other day and will probably try that next. It might not be right but I want them publically shamed and held accountable. It was something that could have easily been avoided and pet owners should know that the 24 Hour loving care that is promised in both of their websites is not an accurate accessment of the type of care given. We did check with a couple of different attornies and apparently in NY there is no "pain or suffering" allowed. I wonder how many people would actually use kennels if they knew that kennels have very LITTLE responsibility. This is why we are planning some picketing...if they don't have to pay in court - they should at least have their business impacted~ |
