I am also in the process of transitioning from puppy food to adult food. I have been feeding my 2 yorkies Science Diet, which I found out is NOT very good (thanks a lot to my vet for recommending it!). There is a good sticky on this site about dog food and a lot of web sites that you can contact for free samples. I currently have about 6 different dog foods at my house because I've gotten free samples. If I find a good one I will let you know, but it will probably take me some time to get through my free samples
