Kandi's at the vet right now for her spay. They will also remove any retained baby teeth. I feel confident that we've done and are doing the right thing(s), but I'm still really nervous. After we took her to the vet, I drove to McDonald's for a mocha and egg mcmuffin on automatic. (I guess it's my comfort food.) John was so nervous, he accidentally told the vet tech that he loved her! LOL! He meant to say that we really love Kandi, but it came out wrong. She just smiled and laughed.
Gizmo is worried too. He keeps going to her favorite spots and looking for her. She couldn't eat or drink this morning, so I put down food and water for him when we got home and he wouldn't eat. For Gizmo not to eat!

We know he's worried.
We can call after noon for an update, and if everything goes as planned, we can pick her up around 4pm.
Please keep her in your prayers and send positive thoughts to Waco.
Thank you.
