Clora's tear stains may be from teething.
Angel Eyes is an antibiotic called Tylan and should not be given to puppies. It can damage and disfigure her adult teeth. You can use it after her adult teeth have come in if she doesn't outgrow the tear stains. Please weigh the pros and cons, though. As with any antibiotic, there is a danger of antibiotic resistance.
