I plan on putting them in a kennel together under my seat for the In-Cabin travel. It says you can have 2 together.
AA is the only airline I've traveled with my dogs on. Sherpa has a bag that is made of 2 dogs. If you're traveling in cabin there is no weather guidelines and no snub nosed dog policy.

There have been several of us traveling together to Westminster in NY and have had wonderful flight crews that just love carrying the dogs around.
