The same thing happened to June. After her distemper and rabies shot, she had a little reaction and was vomiting, lethargic, etc. I phoned the vet's emergency service (we went to vet after my classes, at about 16h30) and they said that it is normal to have a slight reaction.
Then, a few days later I felt the bump. It is still there, but it is definitely getting smaller. It will probably be gone in a few days or weeks. I read somewhere that the bumps can stay for years. Luckily, I don't think that is true.
