It's one that my girlfriend put me on. She does marathons, triathalons and recently completed on Iron Man!
I am still in the running for x minutes and walking for x. I also do long distances races on horses so I am coming back to running slowly so I don't get hurt and miss any endurance rides! But the running and riding really are great together- it's a nice break for my horse for me to get off and run beside him.
What program did you use? Are you able to run five miles continuously?
