At least you were smart enough to listen! By the time we figured out we were on a road we shouldn't be on, it was either keep going (and praying) or turn around and go over 100 miles around. I kept saying, "it's only 20 miles. It can't be that bad." It probably would have been faster to go the 100+ miles. Oh well, live and learn.
