I have a Biewer but haven't had the yellowing situation. Do you know what it is caused from? I use an Oatmeal based shampoo and it cleans him up really well. I use a puppy no tears just around his face. For the eye goop/staining I use Calm Eyes which was recommended by many here on YT.
