I would probably go to the Vet. I would have a CBC and a serum Bile Acid test done. Being that he is a picky eater and is sensitive to treats, and now he is lethargic, and being that Yorkies are so prone to Liver Shunt or MVD, I would want to make sure he is in the clear
What food and what treats do you give him? Any "other" odd behaviors
