Has Rylee had problems with car travel before? We've never medicated our two little ones and they do well. I would get a crate that can be belted in and put her in it. Marcie was a wonderful traveler...Mo-Jo had some problems with nausea and vomiting the first 2 trips...after that no problem. I would make sure and not feed her a large meal just before you start your trip. Stop every 2 hours and exercise her, give her water, usually they will not eat very much, so don't worry about food. Tempt her with treats if you get worried about her not eating.
