I just wanted to clarify, I am not trying to offend anyone who ones a Pit Bull, but I do agree with most posts that leashes should be used always on any size dog, for everyone's safety. I also live in an apartment complex and Pit Bulls, Chows, Rots, and Shepherds or even mixes with these are not allowed because of the liability.
