I wouldn't take him back at all. There are too many groomers out there who work so fast on our babies, that they don't get the best of care. I would start looking for a good Groomer now. Keep an eye on his little ears, if the smell of cleaner is still there I would have them recleaned. It might be a good idea to have your vet check him out, just to be on the safe side.
