Gosh, I don't know what the big deal is here. YT is a public site. For all we know, the person who placed the ad could be a member here on YT. For all you know it could be me.
(I promise it's not!) And really, maybe the woman should know that people don't like choke chains etc. maybe it will cause her to think about things and maybe she will change. Or maybe not...
But really, the thing I wanted to say is that this little guy has been used for a stud and his marking in the house is not big surprise. Many studs will do that. It doesn't mean that he's not socialized or can't be trained. He's being a good stud dog - that's what they do. I know someone who had a stud dog and she later decided to have him neutered and he completely stopped marking in the house. If you are thinking of getting this guy, maybe the marking in the house will be cleared up once he's neutered? I know there's no guarantees but maybe things aren't all that bad either. Someone must want this guy and she certainly sounds like she's willing to be very reasonable on the price.....
