You're absolutely right, but this is concerning the safety of pups. Things were made clear after the agreement was made - dog being put on the roof of a truck and it jumped down - several times.

Dog being thrown on the ground by child. Dogs getting out of the backyard and wandering around the block - one even bit a dog walking on a leash. It's not an easy situation.
