I have found a couple of training programs online. They are both set for three months, so I will be starting one of them soon. As of now I am running 4-5 times a week and am up to 5 miles.
One thing that I've read said that you can train for 10 miles because adrenaline will kick in for the last three miles. Is that true?
A friend and I are going to do the half marathon together, but have yet to run together. |
