Roxy started at about 5-6 mo. I take her for partial days at least 1 day a week, which worked out really well for her. At first she was totally overwhelmed & exhausted from just a partial day. Now she's 8 mo, & isn't so tired when I pick her up & more energy in the evenings. She was quite overwhelmed by it all the first time, second time better, now she gets the most excited wiggles I can hardly get her through the door. The wiggles start before I'm even parked. Starting the second time I picked her up she pulls to go back in w/the dogs. So much for excitement to see me! : )
Age to start may depend on the school you are taking her too. Roxy's required that she had all her shots completed. Anyway, Tyler will probably have a blast! He's a cutie! |
