Yes it was $100 bucks and yes I had to pay, otherwise I would have gotten a $75 non compliance fee on top of that. Needless to say, Uni is getting spayed before next year so I will only have to pay $24 instead.
Oh and the tag was so cheaply produced. As I took it out of the plastic seal I almost cut my finger because the back edge was so super sharp. I had to file it down so it wouldn't cut Uni's hair or skin.

And it's getting worse. 3 bills are being snuck into legislation tomorrow, after being tabled today....Go on to AKC....
