For those of you that work or need to be gone for long periods during the day:

How long is it okay to leave 6-7 week old babies alone with or without mom? Without mom would be b/c Cassie has not spent time alone with them, and I don't how she would react with them in a strange place - but I'm not sure how to handle that yet. At the moment, she couldn't care less about being with them, but that might change when they are less demanding. This could only work if they were fully weaned and eating well on their own.

We are thinking of going out of town for a few days and bringing them with us, but I don't feel comfortable leaving them very long when we leave the hotel room. We would be going to a water park, so would be gone for a long time during the day. I would put a sign on the door for no housekeeping.

There isn't anyone around me that I would trust with them, so we might not go out of town, but I would love to make it work if possible.
