I live in Philadelphia as well and I will soon be getting a yorkie puppy. I am terrified to let my son play outside we constantly have people walking their dogs without leashes. I took him to the playground last Friday and we had to leave immediately because their were two kids walking around the playground with three huge pitbulls and one was unleashed. It scares me to think of what can happen to people with these dogs walking unleashed.
