Scooter did this when he was a baby, like 10 weeks till 16 weeks. Here's what I did: I put him in his play pen, left the room for like 10 seconds, came back, once he stopped holloring and calmed down I treated him, picked him up gave him a hug, put him back, left for 15 seconds etc.etc. It took about 2 days of doing this and extending the time until he realized Mommy is coming back, I'll wait.
