cradle cap is when a baby gets too many hormones from the mother and kids that get cradle cap when going through puberty get acne as it is all tied to their hormones.
I would bath in the murphy's oil soap yep the floor cleaner from neck down as jean dodds had me do that for dd and all the crusties were gone immediately --she said wash for 10 minutes the soap in then rinse real well -- dd reacted as it has citronella in it but if dog does not have allergies worth a shot -it is sebaceous gland excretion and it is an oily presents on the skin
