Yay!!! I'm so glad to hear he is showing marked improvement! Hopefully, the vet will allow him to eat/drink something tonight when he is back at home. I know you feel so bad not being able to offer him any water when he appears thirsty, but it sounds like your vet knows what he is doing, and you trust him which is so important!
I'll be checking back for another update later in the day. Fingers crossed he will be home for good after the vet today!
