Shepherds are great dogs and if he is only a puppy this can be corrected. I would suggest talking with your vet about professional trainers with Shepherd experience. If you are willing to take the time to train he should grow into a great dog, but if you dont then I would look into finding him a home with people who have Shepherds and know what methods to use.
