My adult boy, 12 lbs and adult girl, 7 lbs, had an accidental litter and their pups are now 7 months old and range from 4 to 12 lbs!!!
And from what I've read on here a very small male and an average size female can still spurt out an occasional 12 pounder. I don't think it's true that a yorkie over 12 lbs is a silky. I know there are pure bred yorkies on here that exceed 12 lbs. A silky is a totally different breed I think
