I've heard your suppose to have a license, and when the vet gives a rabies shot, he's suppose to report it to the city. We never had any problems until someone reported us. Luckily halfe the dogs were in the backyard, or we would have been hit with a big fine. Our vet never did report when he gave a rabie shot so I know it wasn't him. Just guess it was somebody who didn't like us.
