Well I am at work, and bf called to tell me what his mother said. She always overexaggerates and gets info all mixed up, so maybe this could be a case of playing telephone? I just wonder why we have NEVER heard anything about this before. I mean of course I have "heard" of dog licenses, but no one has actually said anything to us.
I haven't seen the paperwork, so i don't know if it is legit from the county or a scam.
