It does seem like a lot. We have to pay for our licenses every year but they are $25 for dogs that arent spayed/neutered and $12 for those that are. Good luck, how long did he give you guys too? I know out by my parents some people have been given time limits and they come back around to check for that too. I also know that you could be fined extra (not sure how much) but for being late on registration.
