I live in a small town in Connecticut and we are suppose to license any dog over 6 months old. We pay $10 for spayed or neutered and $30 for un- neutered. You have to show proof of spay or neutered and also show a Rabies certificate. If you have a kennel it is a set fee for the kennel no matter how many dogs you own. This is a yearly fee.
