Does the boxer's barking bother you or just the yorkie that starts barking? If it is the yorkie barking then is there someplace you can move the yorkie to where he can't hear the other dog barking? Does the boxer bark every night or just when there is a full moon or just when other dogs bark? The only other option I can think of for the boxer is trying one of those no bark collars but I am not a big fan of those. Have you tried letting the yorkie sleep in bed with you? I bet he would love that.
