My dog is barking at other dogs nearby barking. We have only lived in this neighborhood about a year and he did not start barking during the night until we moved there. In fact, its just been within the last couple of months that he has started doing this. I know there is one dog in our neighborhood that recently moved in that gets to roam the neighborhood but all of the other dogs are either inside or in fences.
