I LOVE my Celltei bag (smallest size). I got it from someone here. People have no idea there's a dog inside. It has a lot of pockets, so you don't have to carry an extra purse for your stuff. All of the meshing can be put up or down depending on how much you want your dog to be able to see out. AND the strap stays on my shoulder, which is not a given with a lot of dog bags. I believe the bag fits airline regulations too.
