If in laid back you mean doesn't misbehave then yes Tia is one.
Even from a pup at 13 wks she was easy to potty (2 wks) and not an accident since, shes a year old now.
The only thing she chewed as a pup is a bit of wallpaper ONCE.
She loves her walks and sits quite content inside a pub or at an event or inside someones house.
She only barks if she hears the door bang which is rarely..
She loves kids and other dogs.
She doesn't mind being left when I leave for work and she is very content to sit and cuddle in the evenings.
To me she is too perfect which is why I won't get another yet , look what it would have to be up against lol
