Saw him walking thru the house the other night with part of the Kleenex hanging out of his mouth. "YOGI! What have you got?! You bring that to Momma this instant!" For a split second you see the 'oh-oh Busted' look cross his face then he just tilted his head to one side (a move he knows I can't resist) turns his cute factor up to nuclear level and trots over to me all innocent and lovey-dovey. "Oh Hi Momma! Look what I made for you! Here, you can have it, it's for you! I wuv you soooo much Momma!!" It's hard to scold or stay mad when he does this.
Gracie Ruth is all, deny-deny-deny. She'll stand there with the Kleenex in her mouth and be all, "Kleenex?? What Kleenex? I don't have any Kleenex? Honest" |
LOL!!! This is a great example of a Yorkie! I believe Sophie is a bit more like your Gracie Ruth when it comes to me. She runs double trouble when she has something that she shouldn't. I too also say in my sweetest Momma voice "Whachya got?". But she knows. She knows! Now on the other hand, if she's bad for my DH and he scolds her. She'll come running to me and snuggle up cause she knows she was bad. Then when he sits down, she'll slowly walk over to him and give him a few kisses on his nose, hand, leg...whatever body part is no more than 8" off the floor. He melts on the spot!
