You should send a PM to the orgnizers - everyone has to have registered in advance - as it includes a dinner and all the fun. But there is at least one person not coming now that registered. Perhaps the organizers would let you buy that person's spot. (That was allowed last year - but I'm not sure what is going on this yr.)
