Puppies and dogs in general do not like being alone
They will cry as pups just like babies do when they wake up and you're not around
AND just like babies ... if you come in and check on them when there is nothing wrong
they will cry all the time to have you come back
Put some of your hamper clothes in with her
a radio or a ticking clock sometimes works but you're going to have to let her cry a little so she will comfort herself
