I give Sugar about a quarter of a cup a day. I give it to her plain ~ no fruit~ but thats just because I've never TRIED giving it to her with fruit
I don't really know anything about yogurt drops except that they are dehydrated yogurt. I assume the culture stays alive and active - not sure on that one.
