I am not an expert on this.. but I believe they do sence it my 2 yorkies for some reason do the same thing... I've heard from other ppl the same stories they bark at certain strangers as if they knew they were well "scum bags" like u sayd lol... but mmmmmm... I think they do sence stuff like that for sure!!
