Well, I just got back from the vet, and thankfully everything is ok for now. She said it's probably a bug bite, and to monitor it to see if it changes.... I'm soooooo happy he went there just to check it out (even though I just dropped $130 for 5 minutes......but that means nothing because my dog is my life!) It's really funny because he knows when he's at the vet and his attitude completely changes and he gets all timid and stuff lol. He was such a good boy and everyone loves this guy.
